Terms and Conditions for In-Person Courses, Coaching and Training
If you cancel the training, other than for the Company’s breach of contract, you agree to pay frankiekemp.com Ltd the fees defined in the table below. In addition, you agree to pay any upfront (and non refundable) costs and expenses incurred by frankiekemp.com Ltd prior to your cancellation of the event provided that these have been approved in writing by the Client prior to the cancellation.

In the unlikely event that the training has to be cancelled by frankiekemp.com Ltd, the Client will be entitled to receive a full refund of any monies paid. Alternatively, at the Client’s option, frankiekemp.com Ltd will endeavour to book in an appropriate associate, with the relevant skills and experience. If the Client rejects these alternatives, frankiekemp.com Ltd cannot be held liable for any other costs that might be incurred as a result of the cancellation.
Each party undertakes that it shall not at any time disclose to any person any confidential information concerning the business, affairs, customers, clients or suppliers of the other party or its affiliates. Each party may disclose the other party’s confidential information:
(a) to its, or its affiliates’, employees, contractors or representatives (who are also subject to confidentiality obligations) who need to know such information in connection with this agreement; and
(b) as may be required by law, a court of competent jurisdiction or any governmental or regulatory authority.
(c) No party shall use any other party’s confidential information for any purpose other than to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under or in connection with this agreement.
Without prejudice to the other rights of the disclosing party, in the event of an unauthorised disclosure or use of its Confidential Information occurring directly or indirectly through disclosure made to the receiving party, the receiving party shall (as soon as it becomes aware of the same) notify the disclosing party of such unauthorised disclosure and use all reasonable endeavours to assist the disclosing party in recovering and preventing the use of, dissemination, sale or other disposal of such Confidential Information
Terms and Conditions for Online Self-paced Courses
Roughly 4 hours: everything I teach can be applied to daily interactions – both socially and professionally. So you’ll have a bit of theory and the science. The rest is about doing it.
Yes, you can. The point is that you can keep the material wherever you want so that you can apply what you learn.
What you can’t do is distribute it.
This belongs to you and you only as you’re the one who’s purchased it. If people want free stuff, it’s on the blog: Tips ‘n’ Tools so you can refer them to www.frankiekemp.com/tipsntools.
I’m confident if you apply the skills I teach you, you can start seeing improvements in weeks, sometimes even days.

There are no refunds so feel free to dip into the sample lessons before buying or subscribing.

You have a 2 day grace period before being locked out the course. There may be an issue with your card and not your funds so contact my admin on hello@frankiekemp.com and we’ll attempt to sort this out.
You can switch to the annual subscription anytime. Simply cancel your monthly subscription and buy an annual one. Remember to cancel the monthly one, though or you’ll be paying twice! If you run into difficulties, email at hello@frankiekemp.com and we’ll get it sorted.

If access should, for some reason, be stopped, rest assured that you’ll get all the video links. As for the quizzes, they’re built outside the course and the course materials are downloadable so if you’re concerned about access, you can save all those resources.
