A BIT ABOUT ME
I’ve done the lot – performing, voiceovers, writing, editing – all over the world. Add behavioural science, improv and business into the mix and you get the techniques to help people speak so others actually want to listen – whether they’re presenting to clinicians, pitching to stakeholders or explaining something gloriously technical to a room that’s only half awake.
I work with high-stakes teams across pharma, software, energy, and finance – from emerging leadership talent to senior executives – but it’s usually L&D heads, managers, and CEOs who bring me in when clarity really matters.

I first met Frankie when I worked at Nugent. She was an unbelievable trainer and facilitator, who everyone warmed to and engaged with.
