Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy is effective immediately for unregistered users and users registering information on or after the revision date and applies only to information we collect online and may be updated from time to time.

 

“What information do you collect from me and why?”

The personal information, such as name and email, which you supply is used to send you the following types of information:

  • digital or live events in which you may be interested in attending;
  • the latest tips and tools to help interpersonal and organisational communication and creativity.

We do not require any data beyond what is required for the purposes of completing any contract made to you, such as the download of a checklist.

Such data is used to:

1. improve the performance of our website, which would include but not be limited to: determining popular pages; adapting unused or rarely visited features.
2. target marketing activities in line with relevance.  For example, when holding events in a certain location, we’ll target those near to that location.
3. perform the services you’ve consented to through the completion of an online form, such as download a checklist or opt into newsletters.

 

Information We Collect by Automated Means

The type of information we collect by automated means may vary, but generally includes technical information about your computer, such as your IP address or other device identifier, the type of device you use, and operating system version. The information we collect also
may include usage information and statistics about your interaction with Frankiekemp.com.

That information may include the URLs of our web pages that you visited, URLs of referring and exiting pages, page views, time spent on a page, number of clicks, platform type, location
data, and other information about how you used frankiekemp.com website.

Automated means of data collection include the following: Web Browser. When you visit frankiekemp.com’s website, your browser automatically sends us your Internet protocol: address so that the web pages you request can be sent to your computer or device. We use your IP address to determine additional information, such as which pages were used the most often, and how much time was spent on a page.

 

Mobile Device I.D.

If you access or use the frankiekemp.com website on your mobile telephone or other mobile device, including tablets, we collect mobile device identifiers and IP Address.   We may collect the device type and any other information you choose to provide, such as user name, geolocation or email address in order that marketing can be as specific and relevant as possible.

If you access frankiekemp.com using a mobile device, we we may collect our physical location if you have enabled this feature. Even if you are not using a mobile device, information about your general location may be discernible from your device’s IP address or the URLs we receive.

 

“Who might we share this information with?”

frankiekemp.com’s IT services may have access to your personal information when carrying out occasional database maintenance. However, whether in the EU or outside of it, only vendors who are certified to comply with GDPR are used. If you connect to frankiekemp.com mailing list or website using Facebook or another social networking site (each a “Social Networking Site”), we will receive information that you authorise the Social Networking Site to share with us, including information about your friends and connection on that Social Networking Site.  Any information that we collect from your Social Networking Site account may depend on the privacy settings you have set with the Social Networking Site, so please consult the privacy and data practices of that Social Networking Site. We would share your information if you were to ask frankiekemp.com to work with you and a 3rd party that you’ve selected on a joint project.   We will only send such information to a 3rd party at your request, and a written agreement between frankiekemp.com and that 3rd party would ensure that such information is used only for the purposes required by the client.

Outside of these circumstances, which are at your behest, your personal information is never shared with others and remains within frankiekemp.com.

 

“For how long do you keep information about me?”

As long as you’re subscribed to frankiekemp.com, we’ll keep in touch. Should you wish to unsubscribe, data is retained for a year but no contact is established, unless you were to subscribe or request resubscription.

 

“What are my rights?”

You may unsubscribe, resubscribe or amend your details at any time.  You can request deletion of your details as well as the right to have access to them.

Even if you’ve given consent for data processing initially, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
