PAUSE is POWER!

Pausing is essential for you to relax, breathe and think about what you’ll say next.

The audience need it too in order to absorb what you’re saying.

Pausing, however, can feel awfully long as you’re doing it.  You’ll find the exercise I describe in the video in the Materials section.
